Course Booking Terms and Conditions

 
 

 

  1. We will confirm your reservation and send you joining instructions together with a VAT invoice on receipt of your booking. Please note however, that some bookings or special offers require advance payment.
  2. You may pay by cheque, certain credit cards (subject to acceptance criteria) or by BACS. Please make your cheques payable to TrainingTeam.
  3. Certificates for successful candidates will not be issued until payment for the course has been received by TrainingTeam.
  4. TrainingTeam reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule any course.
  5. Students are responsible for their own travel, car parking and accommodation.
  6. Students wishing to take advantage of a reduced course fee for a DG by Road Refresher, DGSA Refresher, or DG by Sea Retraining course are required to provide a photocopy of their original certificate with their course reservation form.
